As Radisson IT Operations Product Manager – POS, you'll be the key link between Business and IT, defining and delivering innovative POS product initiatives from concept to rollout.
You will:
- Plan: Gather business needs, define scope, challenge feasibility, and present plans for approval.
- Execute: Liaise with all teams, coordinate architecture and resources, and manage vendor agreements.
- Monitor & Control: Report progress, proactively escalate issues with solutions, and present updates.
- Close: Ensure smooth product rollout with clear documentation and processes.
- General: Collaborate effectively, communicate proactively, and interact at all management levels.
Accountable for delivering POS initiatives on time, within budget, and to agreed quality.
Ideal candidates have:
- 2-3 years experience, ideally with SAP-TMS/EMMA.
- Strong IT Project Management skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Independent, proactive, and ownership-oriented.
- Fluent English (additional languages a plus).
- Based in Spain (Madrid preferred).
