Role purpose:
Main purpose of the Digital Business Relationship Manager (BRM) will be to act as an intermediate between Digital and eCommerce business team and the external or internal IT providers in the different initiatives, projects or business continuity of the IT Digital Domain.
The Digital BRM is responsible first to drive the planning, analysis of digital strategies and initiatives, then leading the implementation and
management of digital technologies that support business goals and enhance operational efficiency. This role ensures the alignment of
technology solutions with the organization’s digital strategy, oversees the lifecycle of digital tools and platforms, and collaborates with
cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth.
The Digital BRM serves as a trusted advisor, advocating for business needs while ensuring technological capabilities are effectively
leveraged.
Roles/Responsibilities
1. Technology Strategy and Alignment:
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify technology needs and prioritize initiatives.
• Develop and implement a technology roadmap that aligns with the organization’s digital transformation strategy.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to determine their potential impact on business processes.
• Collaborate on the development of business cases for digital initiatives, focusing on value creation and ROI.
2. Technology Implementation and Management:
• Oversee the deployment, integration, and optimization of digital tools, systems, and platforms
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of technology solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units to ensure technology meets operational requirements.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to streamline technology adoption.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to stakeholders during project planning and execution.
4. Project Management:
• Lead technology-driven projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Use project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) to guide project execution.
• Monitor project performance, address challenges, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
5. Resource Planning and Allocation:
• Develop and implement strategies for managing digital business resources, including personnel, tools, budgets, and
infrastructure.
• Collaborate with department heads to assess resource needs for digital initiatives and prioritize allocations.
6. Budget and Financial Oversight:
• Develop budgets for digital initiatives and manage resource expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Provide financial reports and analysis to stakeholders to justify resource allocations and project investments.
Language skills:
• English fluent almost native it’s a must.

• Proven experience in managing digital technologies and systems within a business environment.
• Strong knowledge of digital tools, platforms, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
• Proven experience in resource management, digital business operations, or related roles.
• Budget management experience and financial acumen.

Travel needs
• Around 10%, primarily Madrid/Barcelona
Minimum education:
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science Engineering or business administration, or a related field
(Master’s degree preferred).
• Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Methodologies)
Desirable certifications
• Certification or master’s degree in digital marketing or digital MBA
• Professional certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), PMI-PBA, or similar.
• Knowledge/certification of UX/UI design principles and user-centric approaches
