As a Content Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing a content strategy that aligns with our organization’s goals.
You will be working with a team that supports global SMB clients of Microsoft 365.
• Developing and executing a content strategy that aligns with our organization’s goals
• Creating, monitoring, and continuously improving customer personas and customer journeys to better understand the audience and enhance the customer experience
• Gathering product insights by analyzing web traffic and engagement metrics to evaluate content performance
• Working closely with internal stakeholders to devise strategies that will engage our target audience
• Focusing on customer satisfaction by creating engaging and persuasive content that drives potential customers towards conversion
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize content management and delivery IAs, ensuring intuitive navigation, effective search capabilities, and seamless user experiences
• Creating appealing content (videos, newsletters, contests, hackathons, etc.) to enhance engagement throughout our internal team
• Proven experience as a Content Strategist or similar role
• Experience in project management and Microsoft DFM
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze metrics
• Familiarity with social media platforms
• Proficiency in MS Office and WordPress or other Content Management Software
• BSc degree in Marketing, Journalism or relevant field.
