2. TEAM AND ROLE

Account Manager @ MID MARKET SALES TEAM

The Mid Market Sales team aims to build relationships with TOP clients (between 250-1k employees) to help them scale their business by reducing costs and boosting productivity by providing them with the best Tech Freelancers nationwide.

This is your opportunity to demonstrate your potential in the world of sales. If you have experience in the sales environment and you are looking to reach the next level in a fast-growing startup, WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU! 🎸


What are we looking for?

  • 2-7 years of work experience, in technology consulting, in Head Hunter or in sales in the tech sector of high AOV products.
  • Strong "hunting" and “farming” ability to develop a customer portfolio.
  • Ambitious and eager to grow at full speed in the world of sales. Familiarity with technical sector jargon. A degree in engineering or a technical background as a plus.
  • Knowledge and interest in the startup ecosystem.
  • Great communication skills to build relationships with technical profiles and C-level executives.
  • Strong conviction and results-oriented.
  • Data driven profile 📈
  • Proactivity & ownership.
  • Strong persuasion skills. You make things happen!
  • Creativity, every client is a new approach and a challenge for you.
  • Own portfolio of contacts on the C-level is highly appreciated.


Your day-to-day as an Account Manager

  • Working on your customer portfolio, evangelizing the Shakers model and increasing conversion and repeat rates.
  • Being able to understand the pains and problems of companies and presenting the value proposition accordingly, generating confidence and helping them understand the value of working with top freelancers and Shakers.
  • Executing Account-Based actions to generate successful projects and the responsability of building and maintaining a stable relationship with top clients to identify new opportunities.
  • Reporting, metrics, and analytics: Analytical and retrospective capability. Reporting your activities on a weekly basis and your key objectives achieved.
  • Drawing insights and conclusions at the end of each week. Prepare and guaranteee weekly and monthly sales forecast. Including account plans for your clients and strategic prospection. Including account plans for your clients and strategic prospection.

4. THE RECRUITING PROCESS

One of the things that characterizes us as a startup is that we are very agile; we want to see results quickly, which is why we commit to being efficient in the recruitment process.

Our goal is to have you on the team this very April, so that you can hit the ground running in the middle of the month.

The process consists of 3 interviews:

  • Round 2: Manager & Team 🍀

You´ll meet two people from the team. It's your opportunity to present the case study and prove that you're great managing clients.
